Hai Samuel, First define parameters in Parametrers tab and add the filter in report definition then it will fetch according to your input i hope this will help.I'm attaching the image i hope it will work.

Thanks Deva. I tried that and it didnt work then I tried to set empty value on the Response as well that didnt work as well
