Hi Mahesh, 'api/v1/cases' rest api should be used to create case through rest API not api/v1/cases/{id}. Thank You,

How to get the response in JSON format for logging in REST Services

Well,  I'm not aware of any existing issue with this function on your Product version. Something must be different somewhere, is it specific to this FlowAction?

compare the request format of Soap UI and from PRPC application,  you will get the soap request message  from the tracer, definitely you would find a difference in it that causing this error.
