you can use the following to add months to date: @addToDate((@addMonthsToDate(@(Pega-RULES:DateTime).CurrentDateTime(),.MonthsNumber)), 0, 0, 0, 0)

This should work..... @addToDate(@CurrentDateTime(), "", "-6", "", "")   It subtracts 6 hours from GMT which should give you your local time.
