Simply set Param.AllowMissingProperties as true before calling the decision tree.

here is why, in your web node, I can see this setting com.amazon.redshift.jdbc42.Driver;oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver whereas in the util node (which runs agent processes) does not have oracle driver class, only redshit class. Maybe util node did not...
