Yes. This confirms what I am seeing unfortunately. I was hoping it worked much like a database transaction but unfortunately it looks like it does not.

Looks like the requestor is loading a section here but which one. I think you can check with your user what he was doing at that time and verify if you can find an associated error on PegaRULES log.
Hello, I might be wrong but I don't think we have an existing hotfix for such issue on Pega 7.1.9. Have you tried to trace and check which activity exactly is changing the pzinskey? Can you share it here?
