Hey Loic, Great question- 8.3 should include every fix which went out in 8.2.2. Because of how the release calendars lined up however, there will be fixes which come out in 8.2.3 which are NOT in 8.3 GA.. These will make it into the first 8.3 patch- 8...
Pega's Docker image requires 8.2 or higher. More information is available here: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/deploying-pega-platform-using-kubernetes.
After you patch your system, the new version information will be visible on the ‘About Pega Infinity’ screen (click PEGA on the bottom right of Dev Studio). The changes will not be visible in hotfix manager.
