Hi Mahesh, 'api/v1/cases' rest api should be used to create case through rest API not api/v1/cases/{id}. Thank You,

How to get the response in JSON format for logging in REST Services

compare the request format of Soap UI and from PRPC application,  you will get the soap request message  from the tracer, definitely you would find a difference in it that causing this error.

Can OOTB Pega pulse in 8.2.2 be implemented at case level?

Just to add on this, we need to pass pzInsKey as Context key in parameters for pxFeed section of using at case level.
