If possible, please upload your RuntimeLog.txt and perhaps exactly where the exception is being thrown would be helpful.

This generally means that you have some sort of security software blocking Pega robotics. Make sure that it is white-listed in your security software.

Hey Kannan, You won't be able to set an error message from inside a when rule using OOTB. Is there any reason why you don't want to set the error message in the activity based on the result of the when rule? Thanks, Leigh
