Hi, Do check the server timezone. In the JVM arguments you can set the required timezone and that will prevail over any other settings.
I am not sure if there is any other way to achieve your requirement. On paper the approach you have taken should work. Did you trace the activity with the steps to check if you missed anything?
Hi, Is RuleUsageSnapshot agent been running for you? You do not have any of these setting set in prconfig or DSS? Does running the agent manually creates any entry in the DB?
