The Pega Platform API lacks sufficient rate limiting controls. We need to limit the number of API call requests to prevent denial of service etc. How to implement these kinds of prevention in Pega Platform?

I have a chart, that is not problem.  The problem is that all of the existing options for summarizing make the chart inaccurate. There is no option for = on a column that is a formula.  

How to add Double quotes and,(comma) on each parameter.
