I will suggest using Dynamic class reference. That way it will easy to extend and you can use Obj-methods.

I can see the class there in prpublic.jar (you can extract it from pegadbinstall-classes.zip).
Thanks Abhinav. I should have mentioned this in my original post, we are using PRPC 7.2.1. We were able to install SMA module and can see requestor pools now.
<instanceID> is the <entityID> in the SAML2 terminology. This is auto-generated and can be found as label Entity identification in the Service Provider(SP) settings of the pega authentication service configuration.
