Can you attach a screen shot? When you switch from present to previous/next, have you configured the same buttons in those two screens?

Hi @ GeedA  In presentaion tab we are using Edit option as Read-only(always).  For Edit options Auto only we are able to select the option mentioned by you above. PFB image.

Hi, Instead of using UpdateStatus activity. You can give a try using pxForceCaseClose utility to update the status and complete the assignment.
