Sorry I just saw your response. As the issue was getting escalated we upgraded user to 2026 to see if it fixes the issue and user confirmed that the issue is fixed after upgrade. Thanks for your response.

hi Mahesh, Thanks for the explanation. The file getting downloaded is a CSV type. It is not showing arabic content when opening with MS Excel 2016. Could you please tell what to do to download the file as xlsx type. Or any work around. Thanks, Sariful
