BIX doesn't output to a.txt file.  Are you extracting to csv?  Please provide the actual csv file that comes out of BIX.  Each property should be in double quotes so you shouldn't see an issue if there is a carriage return in the middle of...

Did you restart WAS nodeagent/dmgr? This looks like a WAS issue, sometimes restarting those servers (you may even want to restart pega server to make sure) are needed.

It looks like it is trying to start an email listener and failing. Can you check the email listeners present in your system to see which one failed?

Hey Kannan, You won't be able to set an error message from inside a when rule using OOTB. Is there any reason why you don't want to set the error message in the activity based on the result of the when rule? Thanks, Leigh
