Yes, that is correct behavior. We cannot expect natural language processing to detect language from just numbers. It has to be a semantic statement in a given language. However, there is a workaround for your problem. In your case, Text analyzer fails...

Hi, Along with opening a portal, can we open a case directly on the portal with any parameters? like on click of a URL, i need the mashup should load with the portal and case opened in that. case parameter will be passed through URL.
