It looks like it is trying to start an email listener and failing. Can you check the email listeners present in your system to see which one failed?

Yes, it requires additional licensing. You can talk to your account executive to find out more information on licensing.

Generally, you should host your server on internal network and/or use https connection with authentication (Base, OAuth etc..). By doing that you will allow to connect only those client machines which you define.
