It looks like it is trying to start an email listener and failing. Can you check the email listeners present in your system to see which one failed?

It is not really an issue. You are using an incorrect URL to check if a client machine's runtime rest service is available. The certificate was issued for  localruntime.pega.com  address, so if you use any other URL address to check the service it...

Generally, you should host your server on internal network and/or use https connection with authentication (Base, OAuth etc..). By doing that you will allow to connect only those client machines which you define.
