You could also use the Defer option in SMA or the Queue Management landing page to move the items to the broken queue. I think the Queue Management landing page was added in 7.3. https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v74/procomhelpmain...

I was able to download reports successfully after removing <security-constraint> element for Diagnostic Data in the prweb web.xml file.

As of Pega Platform 8.1 this feature is available OOTB for browser and mobile apps. There are community articles describing how this feature can be used with different Idenity Providers, such as  Okta,  Auth0  or  miniOrange.

Hi Why dont you have a model operator and configure that with same Access group and Work groups as the user who is facing the issue. You should be able to replicate the scenarios like end users. The only issue it wont catch will be because of Browser...
