Yes, i tried with 443, still it's not resolved. I clicked on saving, but it's not showing in target system drop down. I have attached tracer xml file while it was performed. Please review and let us know your inputs on the next steps.

Just include the bucket name (without region- just the <Bucket Name>). Remove the rest of the url. See if KMS id needs to be given as input
