Hello John, It could be because you've configured the BIX with "-f" parameter, which Forces the extract to stop at the first error that it encounters. Kindly refer BIX logging and BIX error handling to know more. Let us know if this...

Thanks for your help! I was able to basically do what you said in order to get it to work. I also switched the AutoFillOnCreate flag to false in the Credential Collection Editor.

I found a solution to this problem. There is the option for using pzExternalName as a qualifier for properties in the integration, so Pega will map correctly when building the JSON request/response.

Still the question remains, how does a Lead/Contact move from a Client Type of Prospect to a Client Type of Customer? Does it simply take walking them through the Opportunity Workflow to Closed or is there more involved?
