I believe it called AppliationProfileSetup. It allowed me to open the case in review harness with UI rules that weren't in my ruleset stack.

unfortunately this doesn't quite solve our business needs. first of all 8.2.1 doesn't have these options in the routing tab, but more importantly we need the ability to have chat route to the agent who has the l east amount of active chats...

In the 8.3 implementation guide it seems that the suggestion is to add rulesets and application rule as a manual process, so I guess it's possible that the new application wizard is not the way to go here. https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase...
