Hi Ivar, Just using the pega platform. I'll look into this as soon as I can. Thank you EDIT: I was able to do it. I used data flows with strategy and based it from the Customer Desk case type on the DMSample application.

Thanks Amit. Yes, i see its getting creating a interaction task on the each service request. I thought it might be overhead if we want to create a new report. Hopefully interaction task and support request will be mapped to same table. Regards, Anandh
