As per Kiran's comment, it was suggested to upgrade Tomcat from 8.5.45 to 8.5.50. According to it's changelog this version has fix related to EOF handling. http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-8.5-doc/changelog.html Hope this helps. Thank you,...

Correct CPMInteractionHeader getting called while opening the case. Seems when case is closed wrapper Section cannot find the correct header section because now work object is closed and no reference to it and getting open the OOTB section instead....
