You could also use the Defer option in SMA or the Queue Management landing page to move the items to the broken queue. I think the Queue Management landing page was added in 7.3. https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v74/procomhelpmain...
The SR for this closed with no response but in this scenario Pega 8.1 was being used to integrate with Robotics. There is currently no version of Robot Manager that has support for Pega 8.1.

Hi Why dont you have a model operator and configure that with same Access group and Work groups as the user who is facing the issue. You should be able to replicate the scenarios like end users. The only issue it wont catch will be because of Browser...
