The user is getting the following error when she is interacting with multiple customers. Say, she has open a case and left the case for more than 30 minutes while she is on another case, while she come back on first case and got this error message-

You have lost the ability to make this change because a change elsewhere has taken precedence over the change you made here.
Please click on the assignment again to continue.

and the minutes she clicks on Close. the Screens seems to freeze with the last account she was working on; and Only way to get close completely and go back in. Please advise,it's impacting application most of the time.

No, the above support didn't help much.

But, I have fixed the issue. How? You need to increase the lock TimeOut issue from 30 to 120 minutes and so.

Your use case: the user opens a case and left the case for more than 30 minutes while the user is on another case. Can you check if the lock timeout?
