Question

You are not authorized to view this Page message coming for many Knowledgebase articles

Hi,

Probably this is not the best place to raise such query, but I am not able to view many Knowledge base articles in community and getting the message : you are not authorized to view this page.

Like when i am truing to read the article of this URL, : https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/how-process-commander-assembles-application-ruleset-list , I am getting that error.

Any help would be appreciated.

So sorry for the delay. We had an issue where content was viewable to users it shouldn't have been. This content is over 10 years old so it's no longer published. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Hi Marissa,

I got article by navigating to this url : https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/capabilities/security and then selecting security article index.

Here is a snap of the same, link highlighted in red box.

articles were present under this page.

Strangely though, since today morning I am not able to find those articles (which had access denied error messages) under same link.

Perhaps link to those articles are hidden from external users now.
