Where are the Pega Platform Support Guides on the new Pega Community (fka PDN)?

This newly released guide contains information for earlier releases of the Pega Platform. Use this new guide.

New Platform Support Guides are released for each GA release of the Pega Platform and are available on the Pega Community from Knowledgebase > Products > Pega Platform, the second icon in the mid-page banner and also linked to under Product Documentation: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/products/platform

Note 1: Known Issue, table display and other styling problems 

The table in the article cited, https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/working-pega-support, is difficult to read because of a Drupal 8 CSS issue, currently being fixed. You will see this table display problem and other styling problems elsewhere in the Pega Community (fka PDN). 

Note 2: Pega Community Feedback  

To report a Pega Community issue or to ask a question about the new Pega Community (fka PDN), click the Feedback button on the Pega Community page where you are and complete the Feedback form.

If your current page does not display the Feedback button, go to any other Pega Community page that displays the button.

Remember to copy and paste the URL of the page that your Feedback pertains to in the URL field of the form. (The Pega Community Feedback form is also under revision with improvements coming soon.)

When I try to access the following document it says that I am not authorized to view this content: https://community.pega.com/system/files/media/pdf/2018-06/74_PlatformSupportGuide_June2018.pdf

This is very frustrating as I need to review the Platform Support Guide for 7.4.

Can you please help me get to this information?

Thank you for reporting the maintenance bug on the article.
I have updated https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/working-pega-support to replace the old Platform Support Guide link with the new link.

Patrick,

Thank you for reporting this known issue, which occurs sporadically with Pega Community Documents (PDF files) since the makeover of the PDN to Pega Community and the upgrade to Drupal 8. I, too, now get the Authorization Access error on https://community.pega.com/system/files/media/pdf/2018-06/74_PlatformSupportGuide_June2018.pdf.
