Question

Unable to view my custom queue in Admin Studio 8.1.1

Hi

I have created a custom queue (System-Queue-MyQueue) and trying to send the queue items into it. I was able to create queue items and corresponding queue instances are created in System-Queue-MyQueue table(pr_sys_queues) but i am unable to view the queue in Admin studio 8.1.1(SMA) even after creating queue instance (see attachments). Can anyone please suggest

Hello,

I see that you are looking at the agent management landing page. If this is a queue processor, I would look on the queue processor landing page. If you don't see it there, could you provide a little bit more information about how you configured it so that we can understand what you built?

Can you run the D_pzQueueCount data page manually and trace it to see if there is any data related to your class?
