Question

Unable to login to server in Internet explorer

Hi All,

Recently our Application server was upgraded from 7.3.0 to 7.3.1. Before the upgrade, We were able to login to server in Internet Explorer. After the upgrade, We were unable to login. Faced below issue (PFA).

Hi,

Go to settings of IE then open compatible view settings. Disable compatibility view & then refresh the page.

Hi Abhinav,

Thanks for the reply. We are unable to check the "compatibility view" in IE in our client environment. We do not have permission to check/uncheck the compatibility settings in client environment.
