Unable to create case from email channel : Pega 8.1.3
I created an email channel in Pega 8.1.3 but configured to create OOTB case in intelligent routing options. Interaction gets created but the cases mentioned in intelligent routing are not being created. When i trace the service email activity, i see the SetInteractionDetails data transform in PegaCA-Work is getting called and in step 3 of that data transform, the CAParentID property is empty.
In the logs, i observe this message

Anyone got similar issue ? Do we have any hot fix for this ?

Issue got resolved when i clicked on "Straight through processing" check box on case type in IVA. but logs still show that error. anyways, this is fine now.
