ToleveledGroup and SLA
I have used ToLeveledgroup activity to route the case to case workers based on their workload and if i am configuring an SLA on that assignment step the case is not getting routed ...

- ToLeveledGroup routing to a specified skilled operator based on specific user input
- Using ToLeveledGroup router but case created by an operator must need to routed to him only
- What happen if there is SLA at Work Object Level(Goal activity will fire on 9th day) and also SLA at assignment level(Goal activity will fire on 4th day).Now on 8th day work object isat assignment.What will happen?
- can we have two SLA on same assignment.I need to add SLA based on local action.
- How to reset step level SLA- Is there any activity similar to Work(ActionChangeWorkSLA) or Assignment(ActionChangeAssignementSLA) to reset step level SLA's
