ToleveledGroup and SLA

I have used ToLeveledgroup activity to route the case to case workers based on their workload and if i am configuring an SLA on that assignment step the case is not getting routed ...

Hello,

Not getting routes why? Have you tried to trace it, do you have any error message or is it routed somewhere else

I did trace its listing out all the workgroup operators in the sql results, post which it opens all operators and results with empty operator.

Same issue if I remove SLA from assignment the router works fine for workgroup skilled operator else it defaults always to workgroups manager. Was there any solution identified ?
