SLA - Goal & Deadline urgency levels
Whenever setting up an SLA, thus defining timelines for the goal, deadline and passed deadlines, I was wondering whether it is mandatory or not to set an urgency level?
Or can the urgency level be left at i.e 10 for the entire SLA?

No I don't think this is mandatory. What PRPC version are you running?
