Is Skype for Business Inbound Call Handling solved and possible with Pega?

Hi,

is there any experience or existing solution for integration of Pega Platform with Skype for Business for inbound Call handling?

Use case: Skype for Business is used for Telephony by CSR and cases should be initiated from these initiated Skype phone calls.

What can be path to solution?
