Separate user login screen for secondary application built on the same base code.

Hi Team,

We have a new application built on top of the existing one and business users wanted to login via separate user login screen.Please let us know all the viable options available without having to procure new infrastructure.

Could you please check the weblogin html file rule in PRPC. And use PxRequestor.pxReqServletNameReal will be used to show different logos.

I dont think you can change the log in screen based on your application as the application validation happens only after user provides the log in credentials and the system checks the access groups etc to see which application it is mapped to.

How about two different button on screen? Or may be radio buttons to allow users to select which application they want to go? If you have noticed, many web interface has the similar feature. For example, any insurance website you go, you will see two options : Log in as agent and Log in as customer. You can think of implementing the same. And then call an activity at backend to open the required application.

It may be possible by using different login urls with url mapping.
