Question

pyCaseWorker does not show Correspondence attachement

Issue:

Using the mail shape, an email I generated and it is attached to the case.

The attached content is not visible in Case Worker portal, it is visible in Case Manager portal.

Access group of logged in operator is Administrators, security/privilege settings are still OOTB.

Hi,

I have created a sample usecase with "SendEmail" smart shape in 8.1.6 and I could see the email attachments in both Case Worker and Case Manager portal.

Could you please let me know the Pega platform version that your are using and the Available roles configured for the operator ID?
