Pega Smart Investigates
HI, I am trying to learn about the Pega Smart Investigation Framework for Payments and Securities. Is there a white paper in business terminology that would describe why an organization would want to implement this software? What benefits does it provide form an operational efficiency as well as a customer satisfaction standpoint? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I have searched on the PDN but not found anything that gives me a general overview.
