Pega Knowledge - Questions
Please can you assist with the following Pega Knowledge questions? The questions are in relation to the way articles are listed / sorted by help sites. Help sites appear to list the top 5 articles within each category, sorted by view count (descending). Is it possible OOTB to:
- pin an article to the top of the list within a category? So that the article is displayed at the top of the list by the help site, irrespective of the article view count
- Reset article view counts?
- Set a secondary sort criteria, for example, sort by view count and x

You can drill through to the supporting rules using LiveUI and look at the report defs for sorting (you can modify the sort criteria there, as an example).
Pinning a specific article to the top of each category would require a customization and is not supported ootb as a configuration.
Article views/ratings are automatically reset when an article is edited and re-published, this ensures that the "new" article ratings and views reflect the latest published version.
