PEGA High Availability validations - Testing scenarios - PRPC731 version.

Hi Kevin,

Please provide the list of test scenarios (performance testing) to validate for PEGA High Availability feature implementation.Following items has been identified so far.
1)User sessions Quiesce time period.
2)CTI
3)Session Recovery (crash event)
4)End User Messaging Of Crash Event
5)Session Persistence

Please feel free to append.
Note: Dont refer to HA guide or implementation document.

I am pretty sure we do not have anything publicly available as far as HA performance testing is concerned. I am checking with the SMEs to see if we have anything that can be shared and consumable by end clients. We will see.

Not yet, I will follow up tomorrow, unlikely we have anything readily consumable. You may want to start building those cases using popular tools like loadrunner, JMeter, etc. Does your team have the skill set to do that?

Unfortunately Pega does not have any ready-to-be-used documents/tools regarding this. I have seen other clients simply incorporate the main use cases (e.g., the list you quoted) in their own load testing tools, in terms of both unit testing and scenario testing.
