Pega CTI script error at the bottom of the browser

We run Pega Call with Genesys T-server and CISCO CM (telephony Switch) as the configuration. Every now and then, we hear users reporting a Pega CTI script error as below, that shows up at the bottom of the browser.

{ "pyPegaCTIError":"Good" ,"pyAllowInteractionTransfer":"false" ,"pxObjClass":"ChannelServices-Device-Phone-UI" ,"pyPageExists":"false" ,"pyLoggingEnabled":"false" } }

This does not cause any functionality impact, but confuses the users. Can somebody help me understand why this occurs and how to suppress/rectify this?

Hi Prasad,

I am using Avaya for Pega call, and these type of entries in console, are desktop Heartbeat events to monitor if the browser is still active or not. They do not cause functionality impact.

Please attach screenshot of the error you are seeing so that i can confirm if it is the same.

Thank you for the response. Were you able to suppress this error in your application? How did you do so?
