Pega Co-Browse configuration via Pega Express

Hi,

I am trying to configure Co-Browse with Customer Service. In the implementation guide, it is mentioned:

1- switch to express mode

2- click Settings > Behaviors

But there is no "Behaviors" option available in the Settings menu. Can someone confirm if you are facing the same behavior or how to enable that option on the Settings menu? any specific role or DSS required as I haven't seen any in the documentation so far?

As expected, it was a role issue. After aligning the roles in my access group to be the same as CASysAdmin access group, I could see the Behaviors option appearing.

Yes, that is the expected behavior we need to add the access roles to AG in order to observe the changes in Pega Co-Browse.
