Pega 8.3 Personal Edition Error

I am encountering a random UI while opening my personal edition (version 8.3). This was working fine till yesterday. Can someone please suggest what is to be done for the same.

Hi,

If you want to debug check what's going on in network tab on browser developer tool. See if any error in console, check if CSS are loading or not.

Else do as suggested below and should not taken as standard practice, but as its personal edition you can try below:

Try first in incognito mode, if it doesn't work then clear temp folder in your sever and restart. If that doesn't work then truncate pr_sysgen_static_content table and restart

Hi,

Have tried all this. But just noticed, that while logging as an administrator, it is working fine, whereas with other operators, the error persists even after all those cache and temp file deletion.

Anything else that I can try.

And checked the network tab as was suggested above?

You can also try to run the tracer before you open the portal.

Can you please create a new operator with administrator access group & then verify.Please let me know after that.

The error was only for a specific user/operatorID. For rest of the operator IDs, it is working.
