Pega 6.3 DSM, NBAA, NBAM upgrade to Pega 7.3
One Communications Client want to upgrade a 6.3 application to 7.3. They are using DSM, NBAA and NBAM frameworks.
1. Is there any complexity or any specific set rules which needs more attention?
2. Would all existing rules continue to work? Or any rule-types have to be discarded altogether and new rule-types to be created in its place?
3. Would all existing campaign (inbound/outbound) continue to work during or after migration?
4. Any specific considerations for OOTB agents?
