As mentioned - If you cannot log in, submit a support request to Pega Support. In the request, provide the name and email address of your PDC administrator.

I still don't have credentials.
Since I have to try it personal environment and check about the feasiblility in the project
If you do not have MSP access for Client you are working for, can you please get access from Administrator ( you can get this details from Client).
Do let us know once this is done, so that we can help you further.
The support team says the software needs client mail and the software has trial version but that won't be given directly. Is there anyone faced the same scenario?
