I am afraid this might require some hands-on debugging to determine the issue. I would suggest that you open an SR with our support team to get someone to access your server and take a look. The resolution can be added back to this post if you supply the SR Number after you have opened the request.

Thanks for the reply,

I am going to raise the SR.

The customer is also looking for the load balancer for the package servers, i would like to know is it possible for package servers to set up multiple package servers in different VMs and have a load balancer, if the first package server1 goes down then the runtimes can use the package server2.

is it possible to setup like the above?

thanks in advance.

Package servers do not synch with each other. In order for multiple ones to supply the same set of files, you'd need to have their Packages folders synched somehow. With multiple package server (most customers use only one), developers would typically deploy to a DEV package server. The Packages folder from here would be moved to any other package servers during deployments to other environments.

A load balancer should work assuming it doesn't disrupt the traffic.

Is it possible to store the package files in to a shared drive, this way we can sync the packages between the packages servers.

just want to check , is it possible to give the rootfolder as shared drive?
