The services are not separate. They are selected to be installed when you initially performed the installation. Did you elect to install them? If not, you must re-install. If you did, check the services control panel option under Administrative Tools (or you can simply select Start-->Run-->enter the text "services.msc"). Look for OpenSpan Services and restart it. If it is not present, you'll need to re-install.

Have you verified that the OpenSpan Services service is running? If you are using a StartMethod other than Start, it will require the services be installed and running.

OpenSpan Services application is found in installation folder, but it is not running when am using StartAndWait as StartMethod. So now what should I do ,do I need to get the whole  Pega robotics studio  reinstalled again or only alone OpenSpan Services application need to be reinstalled?
