Offline configuration (tracer tool issue)


After using the tracer tool for the native mobile iOS app, I uncheck the "Enable offline support" option. However, at each login the tracer tool keeps automatically appearing..


  1. In the access group, check "Enable offline support".
  2. Check "Enable offline troubleshooting with a browser" and save.
  3. Login to native mobile iOS app.
  4. Login to the desktop app, the tracer tool starts automatically.
  5. After the tracing is done. In the access group, uncheck "Enable offline support" and save.


Uncheck all checkboxes in "Offline configuration" before unchecking "Enable offline support". And save.

Hopefully clearing "Enable offline troubleshooting with a browser" before clearing "Enable offline support" should be a solution for you. Is it?

However, it seems counter intuitive that it stays active (when checked) if "Enable offline support" is unchecked and all other options become non-visible.

I fully agree, Rob. I will ask an Engineering team to investigate and fix the issue.
