Not receiving email notifications from Pega deployment manager

We are using Pega Deployment Manager-3.3 for deployments. Earlier we used to receive email notifications for each phase. But from past few days we started noticing that no emails notifications are being sent to the configured email id.

Checked the email id for DMReleaseAdmin operator - No issues here.

Checked the case generated in Pega-Pipeline-CD instance - Noticed that there are no email attachments to this case.

What is the version of the Pega Platform?

Have you noticed in exceptions in the logs related to email accounts?

What is your PRPC version?

What do you suspect since it was working fine earlier and not now?. Did any recent change made to the email account?.

Could you please run a sample build and test the email notification functionality once and share your observation?.

PRPC version is 7.4

We don't see any errors/exceptions related to email in logs. Also, we have not made any changes to emails or other settings.

Here is what we see the difference in audit history of the case for which we received email's vs not received email's:

Case with emails:
8/6/19 6:20 AM DPET status for Publish has been updated to COMPLETED DM release administrator
8/6/19 6:20 AM about to send an email for task completion DM release administrator

Can you make sure that DM email listener is enabled and Email account connectivity is successful?
