Need practical steps to do IVR Integration for Avaya

Hi All,

Need to connect Avaya to PEGA. Have gone through the posts regarding Pega CTI and IVR.

But could not idea about the CTI server host and CTI ip address , finally the peripheral id of the device.

If anyone done the Pega call integration , please share the details steps or screen shots
