Modifying Schedule of Job Scheduler/Queue Processor run time

As Job Schedulers and Queue Processors are replacing Agents, I was wondering if we have something similar to Agents Schedule for these new rule types using which we can modify their schedules as per the need in production?.

No, we don't have an option to modify the schedules of job schedulers and queue processors.

But if you want it, you need to save as job scheduler rule into highest rule set in prod and change the schedule accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot keep ruleset version unlocked in Production. And having such a configuration will cause maintenance issues during every deployment.

I don't think we have another option to modify the schedules. Can you please elaborate more on your requirement?

Requirement is

Currently in production environment, if we are to modify the agent schedule interval, then we need not do a separate deployment for it. We can simply modify the interval in the Agent Schedule data instance and it gets reflected.

Now, with Pega 8, it is recommended to use Job Scheduler/Queue Processors. So my Client IT Team wants to know how are we going to modify the schedule if need be in live production environment ?.

There is no other option to modify the schedule if you don't have any unlocked rule set in production.
