Hi Team,

We are getting Error in logs java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/pega/pegarules/data/internal/store/RetryContext$ExceptionForDatabase error and agent is getting disabled automatically. We are using 7.2.2 version. Could any one help us in knowing ,what might cause the error mentioned.

Thank you

Hello,

Have you tried tracing the agent execution? Can you share it with us? And how about the logs, anything interesting, any stack?

Hum,

Step2 of GenerateID activity failing this is very unusual. Do you have any sort of passivation involved on the replication scenario maybe?
