Issue with saving rule in 8.3

Webserver: Tomcat

Database: SQLServer

Issue:

When saving the rule, the query is driving to db but no response receiving from DB. This happening after upgrading from 8.2.2 to 8.3.

Query (attached) been running long hours with 4.4 million cycles of CPU, 65 million IO operations . It's causing all the other App spids to block behind it.

Exception in Logs: com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.DatabaseException: There was a problem getting a list: code : 0 SQLState: HY008 Message: The query has timed out

What could be the actual problem? Please help.

Hi, 

Can you send the stacktrace of error for debugging.
